5.2 Conventional Cancellation Schedule — Independent of section 5.1, the Organizer offers the following refund schedule.

Date of written cancellation request

  • On or before 1 November 2025 ⟶ Refund amount: 100% minus fee (5% or ₪100, whichever lower)
  • From 1 November 2025 ⟶ No refund

5.3 All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are effective upon written confirmation by the Organizer.

6. TICKET TRANSFER

6.1 A ticket may be reassigned to another individual at no additional charge up to 30 October 2025.

6.2 Transfer requests must be emailed to [email protected] and include the new Participant’s full name, email address, phone number. The transfer will be finalized only after the Organizer receives written confirmation from the new Participant acknowledging acceptance of the ticket and agreement to these Terms.

7. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event’s programme, speakers, venue, or schedule at any time.

7.2 In case of postponement, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled Event may request a refund in writing within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

7.3 The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strike, epidemic, natural disaster, or governmental action.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

8.3 Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behaviour must comply immediately. The Organizer may take any action deemed appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing the Participant from the Event without refund, or contacting venue security or law enforcement.

8.4 If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, please report it promptly to an Organizer representative at the registration desk or by emailing [email protected]. All reports will be handled confidentially.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

The Event will be photographed and recorded.
